Welcome to my Pilates and Weekend Warriors Womens only walking group website.

 

I offer Pilates classes in my rural area of Boorowa and Young and now all classes are live on-line via Zoom

I also take Womens only walking groups on adventures throughout the year,the health advantages walking and hiking in nature has for our mind and body is amazing.

 

I am passionate about living the best life you can, and to do that we need to be our healthiest and happiest selves.

What is Pilates and What can it do for you

Join the Weekend Warriors Women's only Walking Group and experience a little adventure, fun and laughter with liked minded women.

The nurturing effect with women's only groups has been documented to have many health benefits. Combining Pilate's with walking in nature and good nutrition you will be your best self that you can be. Healthy, happy and ready and "Fit for Life "

I take a variety of walks each year. Some a for a day, some a weekend and others for several days. Their is always a walk suited for your level of fitness and if your not quite their, let me help you become fitter.
